Really simple, efficient and nicely priced compared to the other options. I was skeptical but it worked a treat. Would 100% use again.

From booking, finding Maple parking at the airport, leaving and then collecting the car it was an easy and efficient process. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends travelling.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I recently left my car with this company at Gatwick airport, when I arrived to pick my car up after 5 days I found my car WINDOW WIDE OPEN. The electric window went out a up but made an awful sound like it had been left open the entire time. And it is now not working and stuck in an open position. I reported the fault immediately to the onsite reception who only told me they would do nothing about it and to contact customer service. I contacted customer service only to be told the company was not liable and they would do nothing about it. I have argued this with customer service who do not want to take any responsibility even though they have out rightly damaged the car. I'm now left with a £600 bill to repair the window.
In regard to the below reply, I have never accepted this was fault was mine or a fault of a brand new vehicle. my car was given to you and there was no fault what so ever. I have now referred this on to my insurance company and an engineer will be issuing the report to confirm this was not a fault of the car. Hence if you look at your email trail you have confirmed the person operating the window had opened it, why was it then left open? And now does not work? I will be posting my email trail if needed as what you’re saying is completely fabricated and I have proof of reporting this to the reception immediately when I arrived at the car. The most applauding customer service on top of the damage to the vehicle. And also referring to me by the complete wrong name, which makes me wonder how many people had this happened to?

I have used this parking many times & it is always very good. I was told as a loyal customer I would get 15% off but found this time it was on offer to anyone. So I think returning customers should get a little bit more.

Drop off and collection all on time and professionally managed. Good and clear booking process.We have used Maple Parking on many occasions for several years.

Reliable with Great Service
We always use Maple Parking for our airport parking. Very competitive rates especially with the loyalty reward discounts.
All our meet and greets at Heathrow and Gatwick have been great handovers and the park and ride at Stansted is a short distance from the terminal.
Staff always friendly and we will continue to book with Maple Parking.
